As a company we try to keep on top of the latest developments and below are examples of some of the systems we have fitted:-

Future Lighting:-

Imagine coming home from work and pressing one switch in the hall, and the whole house lights up into what’s called “a mood”, different levels or settings for different moods. Going into the lounge and pressing one button and various circuits adjust into TV watching mood or Reading mood. (countless combinations).

This is the future for lighting, and many houses are starting to have such Systems Fitted, Lighting Circuits that are all Computer controlled and therefore any one circuit can be programmed to a specific level, i.e. Wall lights at 50%, Ceiling lights at 25%, and Floor lights at 10%. Once set up these circuits are very straight forward to operate, and are extremely effective. All types of Lights can be controlled by these circuits, whether it be Halogen Ceiling Lights, Outside Security Lights, or Pond Lights, you name it they can all be incorporated into these systems.

Switches are generally positioned in the normal places i.e. Entrance to Rooms, they are

wired using a (cat5) cable which is basically a data cable and by using a Computer to programme the circuits by the engineer, this will enable these switches to control any lighting circuit in the whole house. They also will also extend the Lamp Life by soft starting to the required dimming level, and not suddenly creating a surge which a normal light switch basically does, this being a common cause of blown bulbs. You can even incorporate things like Smoke Detectors or Security Alarms into the systems, and if triggered they can activate a certain mood, i.e. All lights in the house on at 100%

Future Security:-

For several years now we have been fitting the next generation of alarm systems that if activated will ring you on your mobile phone giving you specific details of the activation, you can even listen in live to the house to hear if there is any activity, and record any voices heard onto your mobile phone. You can also talk or shout back into the house via a loudspeaker normally located into the hallway somewhere. These systems are remarkably inexpensive for the top level of security and reliability they provide.
